(1) If the Commission is requested by the Judicial Council to fill the post of District Judge, the Commission shall publish an advertisement in accordance with sub-section (2) of Section 10 of this Act to fill such post.
(2) In the advertisement to be published in accordance with sub-section (1), the deadline for submitting the application form, the number of vacancies, the examination fee and other matters as determined by the Commission shall also be disclosed.
